Take the exit off the A1(M) at Leeming Bar and turn left to Aiskew, Bedale and Masham.
Follow the road into the centre of Bedale and at the crossroads turn right, going through the town and heading out on the A684 to Leyburn.
After 8 miles, you will reach Leyburn. Head into the centre of the town, past the market square and at the roundabout by the Bolton Arms pub, turn left. Follow the road for about 3 miles, going through the village of Wensley, until you come to West Witton.
250m after entering the village is a turning left signposted to Melmerby and Carlton. Take this turning and follow the road up the hill for about 100m. Go round the first corner and continue up a small hill. The entrance to Capple Bank Farm is straight ahead of you after 20 yards.
